Responsibilities:
- Assist (high-profile) clients in the sale and purchase of luxury properties
- Market properties to potential buyers and negotiate terms of sale
- Perform market analysis and provide real estate consultation to clients
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely communication with clients
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Strong online communication(video marketing) and interpersonal social skills
- Passion for real estate and desire + hunger to succeed big in the industry
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule (for virtual advisors)
- Flexibility to travel as needed (for in-office advisors)
- Create or have a strong personal real estate brand on social media and other media channels.
- Think big, be a teamplayer, create a big network of industry friends, buyers and sellers.
- Strong commitment to be successful and work on self-development and learning.
- Be or become a high achiever with extreme ambition, self-discipline and time-management skills.
